Welcome! Are you looking for kid-friendly activities, devotions, and lessons? Then you’ve come to the right place, because I can help you engage your children’s hearts and hands in discovering God in art, history, and nature!
First, a little about me: I have an education degree with concentrations in art and child and adolescent psychology and 30+ years of teaching experience at all age levels. I’m also a writer, with devotions and articles in a number of publications. I enjoy speaking in classrooms, chapels, and to church and homeschooling groups. In every situation my goal is to help people discover their gifts and creativity in art, see how God continues to work throughout history, and see His hand in nature.
When not in the classroom or speaking, I love horseback riding, long walks on the beach, and traveling. On rainy fall days, you might find me curled up with a good book, my corgi, Molly, and a cup of hot cocoa.
My hope is that this website will give you practical help with the challenges and joys of teaching, whether you’re in the classroom, homeschooling, or online.
